Shipping Policy
Please allow 24 business hours for processing of standard delivery hours. Posting out will take 3-5 working days excluding Public Holidays and Weekend. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will ship the next shipping period. Once your order is carefully packed and shipped, you will be emailed the tracking information for your order. Please allow up to 24 hours from the arrival of your email for shipping details to be updated on the shipping website. Any changes of orders or urgent order will not be entertained to help smoothen the process. Kindly ensure all your details are correct before placed your order. Order place through website are not available for self pick up at our store/HQ.
Return And Exchange Policy
- We want you to be satisfied with your adore.com purchase. Merchandise purchased online at adore.com can be exchanged or refunded by mail within 7 days from the day you received your parcel.
- Sale and discounted items are not returnable, refundable and exchangeable.
- Return and exchange will be applicable in the event of: a) defect item b) wrong received item.
- To start your return/exchange process, please contact customer service with your order numberand reason for return/exchange. Once contacted, customer service will provide you with further instructions.
- Please note that returns and exchanges will be processed within one week from the time item sale received at our warehouse.
- Only purchases made via our Website are entitled to a return and exchange to our HQ.
